Having suffered from debilitating anxiety throughout my life I know 100% how difficult it is to live with anxiety every day. The fear of the unknown, the panic and the constant worrying is completely exhausting! It's a daily battle, one that you're not sure if you will ever defeat. You keep busy to avoid the emotional pain that triggers your anxiety, hoping that it will keep you occupied and far away enough from your pain.
Over the last 3 years I have been on a mission to clear my anxiety and improve my day to day life. I've tried and tested many different strategies and tools, some that have worked more than others. Today I want to share 5 of my favourite strategies that ease my anxiety. Whilst I still have moments of fear and panic, I have managed to keep my anxiety to a minimum. I longer suffer from the debilitating effects of anxiety like I used to and I'd love to help you do the same. You don't need to continue to live from this state, there is so much light, freedom and peace on the other side. I am passionate about finding natural methods for helping ease anxiety as personally I don't use medication.
