Last week I was drawn to a book I've been reading on and off for a few months called 'The Untethered Soul' by Michael A. Singer. It's a beautifully written book exploring our inner journey, how to find freedom of our habitual thought patterns and emotions and how to awaken our true consciousness. If you haven't read it I highly recommend it. Personally I have found that if I have not been in the right from of mind to read it the content can be a bit heavy at times, so just make sure you create the space to read this book and fully absorb the information. I have found that I read a couple of chapters at a time and then take time away to allow myself to really absorb the knowledge.
So today I wanted to share a very new process that I have been following based on knowledge that I have gained from his book. I honestly can't even explain how much it has changed my life. In such a short time I have been able to release attachment from thoughts that I had had about my breakup for over six months! This has meant my energy has been stronger, my life purpose and vision stronger and most importantly I have been emotionally a lot more balanced and content, even when I felt like I have wanted to sink back into old patterns and replay old stories in my head.Read More
